• RESEARCH AND EMPATHIZE: Stakeholder interviews, user research, competitive analysis, market research.
• DEFINE: detailed personas, user journeys and information architecture.
• IDEATE: brainstorming and concept sketches.
• DESIGN AND PROTOTYPE: prototypes of detailed UI designs with branding, colors, and design – all meeting accessibility and usability standards.
• VALIDATE: collaboratively iterate and adjust designs based on testing and feedback.
• DELIVER THE PRODUCT: prepare design documentation for developers and participate in QA testing to ensure that the final product matches the design specifications and product goals.
